- A background in Chemistry- preferably a chemical engineer - Sales Experience on a manufacturing level - Effective Communicator - Quick Learner - Minimum 10 years in selling Carbon Black Masterbatch across multiple market segments in North America for rigid molded parts and flexible packaging applications - Working experience for a well-known Carbon Black Masterbatch company for three years.
