Required Qualifications - B.S (minimum) or M.S. or Ph.D. in one or more of the following fields - Polymers/Plastics/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science.
- At least five (5) years of experience and knowledge of plastics processing operations and extrusion technology
- Strong basic computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, data collection and basic data analysis
Preferred Qualifications - Good working knowledge and familiarity with Polyethylene resins, products and applications
- Working knowledge and familiarity with blow molding operations
- Hands-on and theoretical knowledge and experience with polymer characterization methods/tools including thermal analysis (DSC, TGA, DMA, DMTA), rheology (dynamic, capillary), FTIR, NMR, TEM, SEM, etc.
